Account data: name, email address, country, chosen display currency and plan. Verification data: government identity documents and a selfie image. Financial data: deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses and transaction history. Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and security logs.
To operate your account and execute transactions (performance of a contract); to meet anti-money-laundering and record-keeping duties (legal obligation); to prevent fraud and secure the platform (legitimate interests); and to send service updates you have asked for (consent).
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff. Verification documents are held in a private store accessible only to compliance reviewers. Transport is protected by TLS, and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.
